We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Production Designer for a GREAT brand in Milwaukee. This is an on-site freelance position lasting a minimum of four months. The right candidate should be a detail-oriented, highly-efficient and versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

Skills/Experience:                                                                                     

• Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Highly organized and able to produce high-quality, accurate mechanical files in a timely fashion
• Ability to focus on project details in relation to the larger project scope and meet deadlines
• Strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate cross functionally
• Effectively organizes work, plans well, and is able to meet schedules and deadlines
• Reliable and able to perform under pressure with tight deadlines
• Demonstrates ability to make reliable judgments when handling work problems, and uses common sense, logic and critical thinking
• Is self-motivated, generates new ideas, takes corrective action or makes improvements
• Versatile; willing to perform job-related functions and assignments as required

Requirements:

• 5+ years of graphic design production experience required
• Prepress print production experience preferred
• College degree preferred
