Our client, a large private mortgage insurance company, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team!

minimum of 8 years experience in a digital marketing role
experience with Marketo, Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator
high-level experience with strategic planning and facilitating large projects
experience with website content management, social media, creating and editing HTML emails required
Reporting to the AVP, Digital Marketing and Creative Services, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and launch dynamic comprehensive multi-channel and multi-touch digital marketing campaigns. Areas of expertise include email marketing, website optimization, digital advertising, search engine optimization as well as analytics.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and then implement Radian’s marketing automation strategy, developing marketing assets (landing page templates, email templates and online forms) in the system. This includes successfully building, testing and launching landing pages, email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, email design and delivery, and technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing and scoring program.
Create comprehensive and integrated digital marketing strategies that engage our customers and lead to successful conversion goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns into other marketing efforts including websites, content marketing, SEO and PPC.
Work with the marketing team to track, analyze, and develop meaningful reporting for stakeholders and proactively recommend next steps based on past performance.
Evaluate emerging tactics and techniques. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Manage day-to-day updates and improvements of the websites including optimization, UI improvements and integration with automation strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar is required.
8-10 years of progressive experience in a digital marketing role with proven success in areas such as marketing automation, email campaigns, website/landing page management.
Experience with simple website development, such as HTML, CSS, and other tools, as well as working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, marketing automation systems, Salesforce.com, social media monitoring tools, and content management systems is a must.

Organized self-starter with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize for maximum impact.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Experience managing online marketing projects from concept to implementation, with solid project management skills.
