An exciting, data-driven startup building the next Berkshire Hathaway is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is the ideal role for a digital marketer with strong e-commerce/retail experience working in-house or at an agency.
Conceptualize, strategize and build campaigns for a variety of initiatives.
Build acquisition channels from scratch or take over a mismanaged channel.
Similar to an agency, need to handle multiple accounts, about 3-5 at most.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in paid search, with experience working on campaigns for a long period of time in-house.
Demonstrable ownership of some kind with quantifiable results.
Deep experience/obsession with the platform; on Reddit PPC all the time and obsesses, geeks out on algorithms.
Knowledge of all the different ways to target in paid search, display networks, RSLA campaigns, full understanding of what it is. Should not have to teach/train. Ideal candidate has strong opinions about the right way to build something.
