Our client is looking for a problem-solving and data-driven Creative Resource Manager. S/he will be responsible for the introduction and adoption of new practices, tools, and metrics for the creative team to make the team more efficient and drive projects to completion smoother.
-Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
-Demonstrated 7-10 years of resource management in creative services, marketing or design agencies
-Deep understanding of creative development process
-Superb written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
-Microsoft Office Suite, Wrike, JIRA, or other project management tools
