Job Description

We are working with a leading solar energy company in San Francisco looking for a Brand Content Creator/Manager to join the team! This role is a temp to hire, 40 hours a week, on-site, in San Francisco. 

The Individual:
An all-around storyteller with a passion for renewable energy to oversee and help execute the creation of content to drive awareness and engagement of the brand through clear and concise messaging. 

Creation of Content (Most of the job):
-Develop content including copywriting and page layout to concisely convey product offerings, managing creation of partner and sales collateral, and creating social and digital content
-Work closely with cross functional partners including product, social, sales, and digital teams in planning and developing content across print and digital communications to drive customer interest.
-Manage relationships with freelance writers, designers, and producers to plan execution of relevant content.
-Responsible for proofing process to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
-Organize existing content into Digital Asset Management System.

Project Management (Some of the job):
-A part of conception of content strategy and planning upcoming needs for internal teams and stakeholders. Able to recommend ways to development content strategically across departments.
-Develops and manages budgets, calendars and schedules for content creation.
-Works cross functionally to measure content performance and suggests strategic solutions to drive consumer interest and engagement.

****Keys to success: clear communication, organization, ability to work cross-departmentally to provide direction and oversight in promoting a wide variety of content/messaging depending on needs.

-Highly skilled in writing, editing, and communications skills. Understanding of what makes an engaging story.
-Entry-level design skills. Understanding of font, color and type-image relationship
-Ability to conduct customer interviews and craft Q&A for video content
-Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of staff throughout various teams. 
-Familiarity with Digital Asset Management Systems, Content Management Systems, and Project Management/Collaboration software. **Experience with Workfront is a plus.
