Job Description

Vitamin T is looking for a great Project Manager to work with teams to ensure projects are prioritized, scoped, assigned and delivered on time. You will monitor and manage the workflow for multiple projects and be involved in all phases including scoping/estimating, resourcing, client management and development to ensure high-priority projects are on-track and have the proper resources available. Job Responsibilities Include

 

Work with and set project schedules and manage calendars for specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams and digital marketing campaign management team

Traffic and monitor projects through the clients workflow and meet all deadlines

Assist project managers in defining scope, resource and cost estimates, and timelines

Build out detailed project plans, task and resource assignments in web-based project management system

Monitor project status, team effort, bandwidth, and work with team leads to load-level for changes in scope and prioritization

Proactively communicate risks/issues

Manage project close-out processes and run standard and ad hoc post-mortem reporting as necessary

 

Minimum Qualifications

5-7 years of traffic or project management

Demonstrated experience running small to mid-sized projects with multiple stakeholders is a must

Experience with workflow/project management tools JIRA, Smartsheets, Github are a plus

Able to manage multiple projects

Able to build working relationships with core and cross-functional teams

Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment

Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude

Proven teamwork skills and flexibility

Skill in process creation, evaluation, adjustment

Experience with Digital Marketing or experience with design studio, creative department, or agency environment is preferred but not required.
