Videographer / Content Producer

Salary - £30K-£35K

Location - London

Our client are a top Language Centre that specialise in both adult and young persons learning, providing nationally and internationally recognised qualifications. Our client have a global database of students with offices across Europe, Africa and America and also run annual summer camps and classes for students. With an office based in London, our client are looking to build their creative team and bolster it’s design capabilities to drive the company’s visuals and communication forward.


Role Description

Our client are looking for a Videographer / Content Producer to join their expanding team. This person will be responsible for leading all implementation of all creative content that leaves the studio, working on both a conceptual and hands on level. With full creative freedom, it will be the chosen candidate’s responsibility to take a brief and develop the entire narrative from scratch, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure relevant and forward-thinking content. The content that our client are currently producing ranges from short commercial narratives to mini documentaries and native social media content.

This is a role where as well as being highly conceptual and intuitive, the chosen candidate must also have exceptional hands on skills from pre-production, through production and also into post. Scripting films, planning and implementing shoots as well as executing and editing in post production.


Skills & Experience

Our client are looking for a talented, creative individual with strong ideas and the hands on skills to match. Someone with previous experience working on shoots, directing and shooting with cinema quality cameras. Previous experience in a creative studio is essential, whether in-house or agency side.

Other skills include:

  • Fully proficient in Premier Pro with knowledge of After Effects
  • Experience with cinema quality cameras ie. RED, Black Magic or Alexa​
  • Excellent understanding of cinematography essentials, including Lighting and Movement
  • Basic audio capture knowledge
  • Previous experience with Davinci Resolve
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence presenting ideas to peers
