One of our larger e-commerce clients in Waltham is looking for a junior inside sales/marketing and business development Coordinator! This team is responsible for acquiring and developing businesses that spend up to $100,000 in the print space. This team works on products that designs personalized print portals for clients. The role is a combinations of high velocity Inside Sales tactics leveraging web analytics, email and phone to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
We are seeking an impact driven candidate who will spearhead efforts to identify, pursue, and engage our target clients.
This person will mainly work to connect with target clients and schedule introductory sales meetings for our Business Development Specialists.
You will leverage marketing collateral that will articulate our value proposition, and deliver against
growth opportunities. While you’re technically in a larger company, you’ll be working within a team with a a start-up environment and you will also gather and report on competitive insight, product guidance and customer feedback to Directors.
As a result of being a key member in the start-up environment, you will be asked to flex your style to the business needs, try new techniques as the product emerges and influence revenue along the way. We’re looking for someone who loves to learn new things and isn’t afraid to solve a challenge problem!
Your role will involve:
Call warm leads generated mainly through the direct mail channel, and other lead channels as
dictated by Marketing.
Drive interest in the program selling to Purchasing Managers, Office Managers, Owners and Individuals that select print services on behalf of the organization.
Remain highly productive via phone and email activity with goal of converting qualified leads to
Diligently track all inbound, outbound and email communication with leads ensuring complete
Provide ongoing communication to the Business Development team
