Job Description

Are you a UX/UI designer looking for a new home in a leading product environment? You are probably an experienced user experience designer who also has top notch visual/user interface skills and be happy to work in a role that requires high level of execution in both areas. The role allows the potential to grow strategic UX skills as well as bring in service design and an understanding of how the whole eco system works.

Our client is a world leading SAAS and works with a key industry to provide cloud based staff Management, Purchase>Pay & Inventory support. They have a mixture of new and legacy projects for your to work on. As a team they work as a centralised resource to the wider product and development teams and have built their profile within the last couple of year by proving their value and worth through their proactive attitude and ability to over deliver on projects in an agile work environment. They have a privileged position within the business and their time is well balanced with 30% of their time protected for R&D do they can always go above and beyond on their projects. 

They are now looking in a position expand the User experience team with another designer who can work end-to-end, with particularly strong User skills AND has a good grasp of development principles.As the ideal candidate you'll be an engaged, sharp-minded, resolute and energetic person who lives and breathes UX. You'll not be afraid to speak you mind and to defend the voice of the user. There are literally thousands of users and customers at the team's fingertips holding golden insights. 

In particular the UX team are focusing on the vision and strategy for the mobile suite of applications that enable the users to carry out their daily tasks and stay connected in any context. This is an industry where innovation will improve the daily working lives of many thousands of people.
