Job Description


  • Drupal development and maintenance of  external facing website


  • Strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems


  • Assess client requirements and convert needs into an elegant, intuitive architecture that meets Drupal best practices.


  • Assist users with reporting using BI tools


  • Work with members of the management team, business and application owners to design and implement solutions for our BackOffice Applications


  • Consult with internal customers to capture and analyze user needs and translate them into functional requirements: use cases, interface control documents and technical specifications.


  • Analyze incidents and work with users to clarify issues and appropriately assign, escalate and fix open tickets  


  • Document troubleshooting guides, user help manuals, and others to contribute to the knowledge repository


  • Adhere to internal processes and controls for change management and other ITIL best practices


  • Other duties as required


Essential Job Functions:

System Administration and Support

  • Maintenance of external customer site using Drupal


·       Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Customer Service and other business users to support their IT needs


·       Work closely with 3rd party vendors and business owners to gather requirements, design and test system changes.


·       Assisting users with creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau




·       Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

·       10+ Years of Experience as an Architect/Senior Engineer in Solution, Design and Development of applications using Microsoft based technologies.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Drupal development experience


  • Strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems


  • Experience with Business Analytics tools like Tableau and/or Power BI


  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics suite of products (CRM or SL) preferred


  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Ability to present technical ideas and high-level concepts and solutions to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.

·       Self-starter. Capable of creative and innovative thought and the ability to progress ideas from development through implementation.
