Job Overview

As our Creative Director, you will be the key driver behind our client’s brand and direct all creative communications from concept to completion. The Creative Director will develop brand and creative guidelines and use project management tools and processes to ensure the timely production of fresh, relevant, and creative visual communication. To be successful in this role, you will have a well-rounded digital/ecommerce and integrated marketing background and experience executing multi-media advertising, product introductions, sales materials, websites, digital and general communications efforts. You’re not just a creative genius, but a flexible team player who can drive both function and beauty in their work.



  • Responsible for brand strategy across all marketing channels
  • Implement brand guidelines to drive consistent brand messaging and execution throughout the organization, including refinement of identity and tone of voice elements
  • Develop strategy and execution of marketing programs across all traditional, digital and mobile platforms working closely with the marketing team
  • Accountable for quality and consistency of creative output from internal sources, external agencies, or partners across all channels
  • Conceptualize, develop, execute and present impactful and cohesive communications that drive competitive positioning, increased differentiation, engages customers, and brand consistency across all programs and campaigns
  • Manage the creative process. Determine, guide, review, and edit the content of projects; approve art and copy materials developed by staff
  • Direct, motivate, guide and evaluate the creative services team including writers, designers, video producers, and photographers. Foster a climate of accountability and collaboration
  • Meet with internal and external clients, managers and executives to brainstorm and develop campaigns and concepts that timely and profitably support designated brands or products. Manage department and project calendars to ensure that target dates are met
  • Help identify, select, negotiate and purchase branded materials, printing services, and other promotional goods and services. Source and maintain excellent business relationships with outside vendors and suppliers of marketing services
  • Be the most knowledgeable person in the room in relation to creative, design and the brand – driving innovation and change, always pushing standards and the requirement to solve the business problem or plan
  • Provide leadership and drive innovation across all creative and marketing channels


Basic Qualifications

  • You have 7+ years’ experience building compelling brand stories (ideally both agency and “in-house” experience) and 3 + years’ directly overseeing creative teams
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, advertising, multi-media design or related field
  • You work well with others – You love collaborating with various teams and are a flexible team player who can drive both function and beauty in your work

  • You are organized and enjoy challenges – You prioritize work and resources across projects seamlessly to optimize both skills and output
  • You have a passion for design tools and software –Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Photography/Video Experience strongly desired
