Job Description

Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity with one of our agency clients that is looking for a Director of Analytics.  This is a permanent position and will on a contract-to-hire basis.

You must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex to be considered for this opportunity as it does not offer any relocation assistance.


  • Compile, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, expose new opportunities, and answer ongoing business questions 
  • Use KPIs, diagnostics, drivers, and trends to measure performance against business goals 
  • Execute descriptive and diagnostic analyses to address business questions, issues, and opportunities 
  • Lead A/B testing / multivariate testing efforts; analyze results using statistical methods to make recommendations to improve user experience and business results 
  • Design basic data visualizations and build reports and dashboards using tools (e.g. web analytics tools, Excel, Tableau or TIBCO Spotfire) to monitor business performance 
  • Communicate analytic findings and actionable recommendations to improve business performance 
  • Gather business requirements for data collection to provide implementation guidelines to the technical team 

Skills & Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree required 

  • 5+ years experience in digital analytics or similar role 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics and the tools required to measure them (e.g. organic search, paid media, email marketing, content marketing, social, etc…) 
  • Proficient in Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), GTM (Google Tag Manager), Optimization tools (e.g. Optimizely, Maxymiser, SEMRush, SEOprofiler), Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas), data visualization (e.g. Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire), Powerpoint 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization at all levels 
  • Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills 
  • Detail oriented with strong project management and time management skills 
  • Intellectual curiosity to keep up with the changes in Digital Analytics 
  • Working knowledge of HTML is a plus
