Job Description

Client is seeking a Program Marketing Manager to take over its Education and Program marketing and grow revenue in accordance with corporate goals. The Program Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing the marketing and education teams with the information it requires to drive attendance in all of our education and programs. The successful candidate will also be charged with developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each class and inspire an increase in sales revenue.

Hours are part time and will vary anywhere between 15-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop comprehensive marketing plans for our Mindful Caregiver Education as well as Open Death Conversations. These campaigns will be executed through digital, email, online and social media marketing.

Work closely with marketing and education teams to determine the profit of each course offering while developing content to inspire attendance and sign ups.

Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum for all education and programs.

Create education and training collateral (online and physical) and for each program offering.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

5+ years’ product marketing experience more specially in education or non-profit

Proven history of creating effective marketing programs.
