Vitamin of the Week: Kaitlin Lissandrello (Seattle)

Kaitlin Lissandrello

Here’s Kaitlin soon after she discovered the source of Vitamin T’s awesomeness—and just seconds before she plunged in.

As Director of Business Development in our Seattle office, she makes sure our clients keep the creativity flowing by getting them amazing creative talent...rapidly. (Sorry.)

Jump in to discover all about this sales superstar as she answers our 7 Quick Questions!

  1. In your job, what’s your favorite moment or biggest joy? When a client calls and beams about a talent we’ve placed at their company/agency. It makes me feel so good knowing that we’ve helped them out. I also love calling someone who’s never heard of Vitamin T and telling them how we can make their work life better. Seeing it come full circle after placing a talent with a new client is an incredible feeling.

  2. What made you want to work at Vitamin T? And what do you love most about working here? The people here really sold me. Everyone was so nice, creative, and positive; it was really infectious. I love the way our management communicates with the staff. You can tell Vitamin T really cares about setting us up for success and seeing their employees grow and succeed.

  3. What’s your favorite brand and why? Lauren Conrad's The Little Market. Everything is so freaking adorable, and they build sustainable partnerships with artisans around the world by connecting them with customers through their online marketplace. I really admire how The Little Market has empowered women artisans to rise above poverty and support their families.

  4. What app do you use regularly that provides great user experience? I love my BECU app. (BECU is a member-owned, non-profit credit union.) Their app is always being updated and gets easier to use with each iteration. I love how it is easy on the eyes with its clean lines and simple design. I also like how it’s freed me up from trips to the bank, because that can be so painful!

  5. Best creative/digital event in your city? The American Advertising Awards (formerly the ADDYs). It is such a fun event. Everyone gets dressed up, and it's talked about for months both pre- and post-event.

  6. Who is your creative or digital hero? I would have to say Edward R. Murrow, the American broadcast journalist. Radio has always been such an important part of my life. I graduated from Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow College of Communication. He was one of their most illustrious alumni, and his college is highly regarded nationwide by both educators and professionals, winning national and regional Emmys for their student television productions.

  7. If you had to pick two celebrities to be your parents, who would they be? Steve and Terry Irwin (Rest in peace, Steve.) I love animals, and they basically raised their children in a zoo. Who wouldn't want to snuggle a baby tiger’s face every day?
