Ready to find out the best way to look for a job or the best iOS photography app? Check out Eric’s answers to our 7 Quick Questions!

  1. What app do you use regularly that provides great user experience?VSCOcam. As an amateur photographer myself (shameless plug: check out my gallery at, I am often editing and retouching photos on the fly. VSCOcam is the best app for mobile post-processing available today. With endless filters and editing capabilities, it can turn any dull photograph into a work of art with ease. It's a joy to use as well. Highly recommended!

  1. What’s the BEST thing someone can do when looking for a job? Putting yourself out there is essential. When I started my own job search, I was constantly told "it's a numbers game". Now on the other side of the process, this sentiment could not be more accurate. Attending networking events, leveraging social media, and making personal connections will always yield better results in a job search.

  2. In your job, what’s been your favorite moment or biggest joy? The success and growth our Connecticut market has seen since coming to Vitamin T is certainly a point of pride for me. The great placements we’ve made are a direct result of all the help and support I've received from my great colleagues in our New York and New Jersey offices. Keeping our momentum going is the next step!

  3. What do you love about working with creative talent? As an individual who deeply respects art and great design, meeting men and women with such incredible talent is awe-inspiring for me. On a daily basis I'm blown away by the skills exhibited by our talent. Finding them fulfilling job opportunities is the icing on the cake.

  4. Who is your creative or digital hero? Chris Burkard. He's a professional photographer and probably the single best follow on Instagram if you're into photography (@chrisburkard). His images are punctuated by energized landscapes and moments of bliss, by adventure seeking and the lifestyle that ensues. Each post is a vicarious look into the life of a world traveler, and to me a constant stream of inspiration.

  1. What’s the name of the last book you read? I recently re-read This Side of Paradise by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I'm a big Fitzgerald fan and consider him one of the quintessential American writers. This particular novel is a contemporary study in adolescence and young manhood. It's a relatable and entertaining choice for me.

  1. As a 5 year old, what did you want to be when you grew up? A baseball player. Still is!
