Since 2002, FITC has been creating knockout events for digital creatives from Toronto to Tokyo and San Francisco to Seoul.
Director, designer, and illustrator Ash Thorp gave this terrific presentation focused on his career path that is bound to resonate with every creative. In it he covers creative block, doubt, depression, staying goal oriented, and championing self-value. If you think that sounds like some heavy subject matter, you're right. And at 45 minutes long, you’ll want to find the time to soak it all in and be able to take notes. In other words, it’s not your 5-minute TED Talk. But well worth watching and digesting.
FYI, his language choices can go from PG-13 to R, so you may want to wear headphones.
