JC is a Digital Communications Manager at a well-known DC Nonprofit Association. JC was able to build the association’s digital team from the ground up and oversees the new website campaign. He is very hands on with Information Architecture, UX and Design along with rolling out new email campaigns/process which led to a 10% increase in revenue. JC maintained and ran detailed reports covering the performance of the website and its financial performance across all social media platforms. The report was used to improve the association’s digital presence. Most recently JC saw a need for a management tool, so he was able to develop and build the management tool from scratch and the association is now using the new tool and has had great success with it. Not only is JC known for taking initiative on campaigns, but he is also a great team leader who is constantly up-to-date with current digital trends.


A Creative Visionary is just one way to describe Don and his photo retouching abilities. He not only has amazing expertise using Photoshop to manipulate photos to a client's requirements, but he can translate both visually and verbally what the client's expectations are. He has worked for a plethora of agencies in both NY and San Francisco focused on big retail as well as food and beverage brands to highlight specific products using his unique editing skills. Fast-paced environments exhilarate him as per his success editing photos in a span of hours for a well-known brand catalogue. Not only is Don an editing guru, but also he has an amazing attitude that would be a great asset to any team.


Renee is a seasoned Brand Manager who has worked for large national brands such as Newell Rubbermaid and Campbell Soup. Her successes include developing strategies for specific products within each organization, resulting in an increase in sales. She is team-oriented and has an eagerness to learn and share ideas, which has led to a multitude of opportunities for her to lead marketing teams and help create new products. She is currently looking for opportunities in Philadelphia and Washington, DC.


Michele is a strong Digital Communication Specialist with years working for government agencies, universities, in the private sector and for non-profits, including extensive experience with both the scientific and the IT crowd. She has a unique mix of technical, communication and people skills with a knack for translating thoughts and ideas into words that the non-technical person can understand whether through writing and editing for websites and newsletters, or designing web applications and databases, or creating maps. Her extensive software skills include: Adobe Creative Suite: Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and GoLive, CQ5, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Drupal, Wordpress, Basecamp, Survey Monkey, Sharepoint, Google Analytics, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office & Access, WordPerfect, ESRI ArcGIS , SAS, and CAD.


Kelli is an intuitive, resourceful, and innovative graphic designer with significant experience delivering a variety of creative media and visual communications solutions. She is an Out-of-the-box thinker with a sharp creativity and commercial awareness to conceptualize, manage, and deliver initiatives on time and within budget in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Kelli is also an expert in partnering and leading clients through the process of conceptual design and artistic development of multimedia ventures, building a solid foundation for profitable business relationships. She always exhibits an imaginative flair and knowledge of current trends. Her additional strengths include planning/project management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
