Ethan is a self-proclaimed WordPress Ninja with a strong technical background including advanced knowledge of PHP and solid MySQL experience. He is proficient in taking PsD files and building them into working websites. He can create custom WordPress plugins, child themes, and modify or build new templates. His experience also includes Object Oriented Programming and experience with MVC Frameworks such as Laravel.

Jeremy is a very talented designer and eLearning Specialist who's been doing design work for over 10 years and is pretty much a jack of all trades. He can do print and web design (he's not a master coder but he understands how it works) and he can also do video editing and presentation design. In his most recent role, Jeremy used Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and other eLearning tools as well as motion graphics software on a daily basis. Though Jeremy was a manager, he was "in the weeds" everyday, as he says. And though managing a team is rewarding to him, Jeremy would prefer to work on a team where everyone carries equal weight and contributes equally.

Matthew is a seasoned Project Manager and Creative Manager who loves to be "hands on" with a project from start to finish. In his most recent role, Matthew managed the design department—including print, multimedia, photo acquisition, scheduling, and collateral/POP. He was fully responsible for all prepress and print services and purchased over $6.5 million a year for the company. Needless to say, Matthew has had extensive experience dealing with vendors. Additionally, those years of running the design department has given him an eye for what great design looks like and how marketing and design need to work together to achieve the best results. Matthew displays characteristics of someone who is quick to learn, eager to achieve whatever goals are set for him and willing to go above and beyond.
