Here's my tips. Look long term. And ask yourself the following questions. Which job will teach me a new skill? Which job lines up with the type of career path that I want a future in? Weigh the salary versus the happiness.
Will this job make you happier just because it's more money? Or is it something that will truly fulfill you? Sure, you'll have more money to spend outside of work. But will you really be happy on your day-to-day tasks? Sometimes it's not worth it. Take a close look at the benefits.
Companies these days know that they need to offer amazing benefits to keep workers long term. Medical and retirement benefits can differ a lot from company to company. So make sure you're paying attention to what each company has to offer.
