Our client is seeking a Data Loss Prevention Analyst to join their team managing the rollout of regulatory items related to customer data privacy and security. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to Microsoft products and to work with cutting-edge Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology.

 

The main goal of the team is to manage regulatory compliance efforts, focusing on the analysis of sensitive data like social security numbers and credit card information across global platforms. The analyst will play a crucial role in a Special Project funded by an external team. This role provides the unique chance to influence the design and functionality of Products, an opportunity that is rare and highly impactful. The role focuses on state-of-the-art Data Loss Prevention technology, positioning it at the forefront of industry advancements within this company.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in Data Analysis, with a focus on security and data privacy.
  • Degrees or certifications in related fields are beneficial but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Data Loss Prevention policy analysis and deployment.
  • Strong ability in performing data analysis, creating reports, and deriving insights.
  • Expertise in PBI, Azure SQL, on-prem SQL, and KQL for building custom queries and dashboards.
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops for logging bugs and managing project tasks.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $56.89 to $63.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
