Designer III, Skin Health

Overview

Are you a skincare guru?

Our client brings skin health & beauty brands together to produce next-generation science and partnerships with skin experts to create high-performance products for healthy skin. They are seeking a talented and experienced 360 Designer to join their growing global design team. You will partner with cross-functional teams to create visually impactful and user-centered design solutions that meet both user and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Design team and stakeholders to develop a holistic design experience.
• Translate project briefs into creative and on-brand design solutions through all stages of the design process.
• Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure all designs are consistent.
• Utilize exceptional typography skills and understanding of grid systems to create visually compelling designs.
• Partner with business teams (Data & Analytics, R&D, Marketing) to understand their needs and deliver effective design solutions.
• Package and present design solutions effectively to the wider business team.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work style, fostering an inspiring and supportive team environment.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently, working effectively under minimal supervision in an international context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in graphic design and branding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is required.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong visual, written, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of brand identity and brand guidelines.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling competing priorities.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in video editing and UI/UX design is a plus.

Work Environment

• This role reports directly to the Design Manager based in Singapore.
• You will work closely with a team of talented designers across various locations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $58 to $61.94 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
