Our client is seeking a seasoned UX/UI Developer to join their dynamic Design UX team, which collaborates closely with product managers and designers within a core environment. This role involves developing, creating, and modifying user interfaces based on an in-depth understanding of end-user needs. This role offers the chance to engage with a high-caliber team in a fast-paced, growing program. Typical Day in the Role:

  • Purpose of the Team: The Design UX team focuses on enhancing the one of our clients’ solutions and ecosystem, ensuring an intuitive user experience across various products.
  • Key Projects: Contributions to key solutions and enhancements.
  • Task Breakdown: 30% participating in strategic meetings, 60% independent work (heads down), 10% active collaboration and tool usage within the team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-7 years in UX/UI design, preferably with exposure to enterprise products similar to Azure.
  • A degree in a design-related field is preferred but not mandatory. Practical experience is highly valued.:
  • UX Design (5+ years)
  • Journey Mapping (5+ years)
  • Evaluating Information Architecture (5+ years)
  • Demonstrates experience with enterprise-level products and can show effectiveness and usability in their design work through a robust portfolio.
  • Proficient in software design and development.
  • Skilled in professional UI development and data-driven UI approaches.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business development teams and customers early to understand business challenges and goals.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to ensure design feasibility within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to oversee software system installation and ensure specifications are met.
  • Utilize scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure the outcomes and consequences of design decisions.
  • Recommend plans for computer specifications, layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications based on analytical findings.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $53.54 to $59.49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
