Vitamin T needs a solid, talented Graphic Designer.
Create and produce our client’s message effectively and consistent with the brand’s creative vision
Take responsibility and be accountable for the scope of the job as it relates to graphics
Collaborate closely with sales to develop layouts that produce graphics that succeed functionally and visually
Collaborate within the creative department to support renderings and presentation with graphic layout needs
Collaborate with design to carry thru a cohesive theme and look to graphic presentation
Work closely with project managers to understand the scope of the project, dimensions and how graphic will be displayed
Receive and validate client supplied artwork and prepare files for production
Deliver layouts to sales when requested
Work closely with graphics manager to understand schedules and track progress for every graphic produced
Validate and approve all graphics produced
Maintain and implement client graphic standards such as logo rules, color and typography
Work directly with outside vendors requesting quotes, issue purchase orders and approve proofs
Follow up with sales, project managers and graphic production manager to review project successes and identify areas of improvement
Attend kick-off meetings to achieve above objectives, offering design and graphic direction.
Create graphic templates per discussions.
Review design concept and quotes for accuracy of proposal.
Discuss graphic pricing and forward necessary information to the estimating department.
Initiate client layout approvals based on direction from sales, design, PM and engineering
Obtain approval of produced graphics from sales and client
Attend meetings relevant to the department and needs of the project.
Make changes as needed upon request from client
Receive notification from sales that client files are ready for download and review
Determine if files meet requirements per procedure
Add necessary information to approved layout per procedure guidelines
Review post sale checklist and ensure accuracy of details.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, a related field or equivalent training or experience
Knowledge of graphic terminology
Knowledge of graphic software programs
Desire to work in a team oriented, fast paced environment
