Job Description

Vitamin T has an EXCELLENT opportunity with one of our corporate clients in Dallas. They are looking for a Marketing Activation Manager to fill a permanent need on a contract-to-hire basis.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects, bring creative ideas and also refocus and re-prioritize as the need arises. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

Consumer and Account Specific Promotions Management:
 Lead the overall integrated marketing activation strategy, process and execution
 Set clear and measurable goals for promotion objectives and tactics
 Work closely with brand to develop full year promotional calendar to meet brand and portfolio priorities
 Manage the consumer promotion plan and execution elements
 Work with product marketing, internal creative team and outside agencies to prioritize initiatives
 Serve as the key liaison between product marketing and sales building account specific programs
 Oversee project timelines, deliverables and approval process
 Track and manage the overall program budget
 Measure and analyze ROI of marketing programs and recommend improvements
 Lead thinking on best practices in the industry through networking internally and externally and keeping up with industry best practices

Consumer Content and Engagement:
 Oversee Digital Marketing, Brand Websites, and Social Media strategy and execution
 Oversee Social Media Channels including Customer Service Integration
 Partner with eCommerce team on strategy and content development

New Product Launch Support:
 Manage product and/or package launches and serve as the cross-functional point-person across promotions,

PR, digital marketing, merchandising, creative design and other marketing services areas as assigned
 Oversee development of marketing materials

Creative and Agency Management:
 Lead overall internal creative efforts including packaging, merchandising and content development
 Conduct agency reviews and RFPs, as needed
 Assign projects to agencies using effective creative briefs
 Oversee day-to-day agency relationships and communication and hold agency partners accountable to program goals and budget allocations

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
 Creative, Promotions and Digital Marketing experience preferred
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Proven ability to coach and develop direct reports
 Excellent project management skills
 Self-motivated, results-driven, and attention to detail
 Strong leadership skills that includes ability to work efficiently with cross functional teams
 Experience using data and analysis to prove ROI
 Strong budget management and negotiation skills
 Experience writing and delivering creative briefs with both internal and external teams
