Job Description

Our client located in Woodland Hills is looking for a part time Excel Content Coordinator/Proofreader role. The client needs for this person to be available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You would be onsite on Fridays (office is located in Woodland Hills) and remote work Saturdays/Sundays (flexible with the hours worked on the weekend).

The client needs this person for a few weeks, then on a week to week basis after that.

When working on site, talent will work on the client's computer station (PC environment). The interview process will consist of a proofreading test and an onsite interview.

What you will be doing:
You will be researching everything from destinations to internal communication information, plus digging around for content on the Web and the direct mail history and putting it all in a spreadsheet (Excel).

You will be organizing this data content, so using Excel to build a database of content (so that it links to where the content is held on their server), using charts and tables, plus sorting and tabs. You will not be using pivot tables, but you will need to add in formulas (so that the client can track word count as they write).
