Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all marketing functions for the organizations 5 divisions. In addition, the role is responsible for all traditional, digital, and online marketing to increase brand awareness while developing strategies to drive sales, and managing relationships relative to those programs.


 Post-Secondary education; University or College Diploma preferred in Marketing, in additional a Communications diploma or post graduate certificate is an asset.
 At least 5 years of related work experience.
 Strong results-driven orientation, organized, highly motivated with a high level of energy/high sense of urgency;
 Strong practical experience and application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and tactics, as they relate to Website content and structure;
 Proficiency in MS Office and have experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
 Experience with online and interactive marketing strategies.
 Excellent analytical, project management and execution skills.
 Must be tech savvy.
 Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
