Responsibilities:

-Lead campaign strategy that drives double-digital increases in digital marketing response and conversion rates for new business leads based on deep understanding of organizational objectives to engage potential clients.
-Work with client success and business development teams to establish client satisfaction KPI
-Identify and engage with leading online platforms for sourcing and connecting with potential clients, leading vendor negotiations and managing campaign execution.
-Establish calendar and messaging for coordinated business development campaigns executed by an operations team using Oracle’s Eloqua email marketing automation tool and Oracle SRM to generate social media engagement.
-Create and execute measurable marketing campaigns for client lead generation including identifying and engaging new leads and warming qualified leads for future engagement.
-Direct vendors and internal graphic resources in the preparation and dissemination of marketing materials and leave-behind collateral.
-Represent the business development voice in an enterprise-wide branding initiative to articulate and assert dominion over unique market position.
-Provide input to Marketing Engagement Manager for execution of client-facing paid media campaigns utilizing Google AdWords SEM and SEO, PPC and display advertising campaigns, and programmatic advertising on client-facing websites.
-Seek new market segments, platforms and messaging strategy in the generation of new leads, and mine data and analytics to establish KPIs and optimize constantly.
-Contribute campaign performance data for monthly report that tracks full integrated marketing efforts including email marketing, digital marketing, website activity, social media engagement and mobile app usage.
-Prepare weekly micro-reports comparing effectiveness of each campaign platform and share data-driven analysis of overall performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Masters of Business Administration strongly preferred.

Five to six years of business development media strategy development using digital platforms and data driven insights from marketing analytics platforms such as Linkedin and Google AdWords.

Proven ability to develop lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms including paid media, email database marketing, social and mobile engagement. (the broader your experience, the better)

An understanding of the healthcare industry is a bonus
