Extremely busy marketing and advertising agency is looking to add a Creative Director to their team. They are growing and branching into new industries. Tremendous amount of our work is automotive oriented but also working in retail, restaurants, education, real estate, and hospitality. Their focus has increasingly grown into digital, with everything from websites and microsites to apps. However, the CD's job will still include involvement with all forms of traditional creative (print, radio, TV, outdoor, direct mail, etc.) along with newer digital media. This Creative Director will initially get their feet wet and understand the way we work by helping out with existing clients, but will quickly be actively engaged with a team pitching and launching new business opportunities. Experience in any of the industries noted above are highly preferred. Also preferred that this person come from the copy side of things. They handle design, development, and production in house, but historically outsource large job copy writing. You MUST have agency experience as a Creative Director.
