The Web Conference ...

Though the last An Event Apart event of 2013 is rapidly approaching (the sold-out San Francisco show is December 9th), we suggest you start figuring out right NOW how you’re going to attend one of next year’s shows. (Or two. Or three.)

That’s right, registration for AEA 2014 is open and yes, once again they’re having shows in a whopping eight cities!

From the guy who coined the term Responsive Web Design, Ethan Marcotte, to the godfather of Mobile First, Luke Wroblewski, there is simply no better web design and development conference on earth.

And to show you we’re not just swinging hyperbole, check out the speaker lineup for 2014:

  • Jared Spool (Founder, User Interface Engineering)
  • Jake Archibald (Google)
  • Samantha Warren (Twitter, Style Tiles)
  • Scott Berkun (The Year Without Pants)
  • Andrew Clark (Hardboiled Web Design)
  • Josh Clark (Tapworthy: Designing Great iPhone Apps)
  • Chris Coyier (
  • Erika Hall (Just Enough Research)
  • Kristina Halvorson (Content Strategy for the Web)
  • Val Head (The Pocket Guide to CSS Animations)
  • Paul Irish (Modernizr, HTML5 Boilerplate)
  • Jeremy Keith (HTML5 For Web Designers)
  • Jenn Lukas (Ladies in Tech, The Pastry Box Project)
  • Dan Mall (Typedia)
  • Mat Marquis (The Filament Group)
  • Mike Monteiro (Design Is A Job)
  • Nick Sherman (Font Bureau, Webtype)
  • Jeffrey Zeldman (Founder, Happy Cog and A List Apart)
  • Lea Verou (CSS Secrets)
  • Luke Wroblewski (Mobile First)

Like we said, make your plans now, for these events sell out, many months in advance.

Here’s this year’s cities and dates:

And Vitamin T will happily be sponsoring them ALL once again.

Will we see you there?
