Micah is an individual that welcomes a change from the ordinary. Fast paced atmospheres, demanding deadlines and appreciation for perfection drive his creativity. When designing he relies on strategy, innovation and style to communicate ideas that are not only effective but memorable. As an Art Director he always looking to collaborate with others, whether it’s from a seasoned professional or the new kid on the block, he never passes up the opportunity to create and produce great design with talented individuals. Micah's career experiences have included: creative direction, campaign management, brand development, identity design, product design, environmental and exhibit design. Cabe has been working closely in the CPG category for the last few years with high emphasis on custom package design, strategic product placement and planning, and consumer targeting. He has also been a key player in launching brands and rebranding of several well known products. Typically, once the package designs are finished, he then leads a team in creating an integrated campaign across several mediums including print, outdoor, TV, Radio, sometimes digital. His work has gotten impressive results - the success stories can be read on his website. A few of his stand out clients include: McDonalds, Heaven Hill Distilleries, The Shedd Aquarium, Harris Bank, Starcom, and Turtle Wax.
SR. UX DESIGNER WITH MOBILE
For the past two years, Farrah has designed compelling and integrated user B2B experiences for a huge sales platform software company and their clients. This talent has done work for Autodesk, Walgreens, & Humana. Previous to that, Farrah held roles as a Visual/Interaction Designer and was an and Interface Designer at Motorola. With a Masters of Science in Human-Computer Interaction, she has created interactive prototypes to gather user feedback, foster internal communication, and assist in external presentations of new product features. She has conducted interviews and usability testing with internal and external users to validate design concepts and provide valuable insight for future design iterations and feature planning. Farrah is proficient working in strong cross-functional teams from feature planning to product release in an Agile environment.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS/ SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Sophie has a strong background in all aspects of digital communications and marketing. Having managed website content, social media, and email marketing, she has expanded her project management skills, and thoroughly understands the way all aspects of digital are interconnected and relate to the mission and overall strategy. She has experience working across departments and coordinating an editorial calendar. With hard skills in Basecamp, Adobe products, Drupal, and Google Analytics, as well as CSS, HTML, Sharepoint and Wordpress, Sophie is well prepared to smoothly transition into a new position and keep the work moving and on deadline.
Meet Victoria, an Account Executive who previously comes from top agencies and software corporations such as Cision and One North Interactive. Victoria has about 3 years working with accounts, and 4 years total of professional experience. She is client-facing, strong at managing client expectations, and building long-lasting relationships. She also is responsible for the planning, execution, and daily management of multiple website projects while meeting tight deadlines. Victoria is strong in creative strategy, website redesign, marketing initiatives for product lines, sales, distribution growth and research and trends.
